Reception visit Mead Open Farm

On Wednesday 3rd October, the Reception class went to visit Mead Open Farm. First stop was the bunnies, where we were relieved to learn that a double, or even a triple chin was just the sign of being a mother. We then enjoyed feeding the hungry ‘lambs’, who were by now quite large and wore more of a resemblance to sheep who had found a way to still receive a daily feed. The goats also enjoyed a feed, before it was time for our own lunch. We had a fantastic day, and some of us slept very well on the coach back.
