We also welcomed back Charlotte Clarke from Happy Human Project who delivered a well-being session for each class themed around body Positivity self-acceptance and kindness towards others as we celebrate our differences. The sessions followed her 5-step wellbeing framework which includes group discussions and activities, games and movement, mindset growth using positive affirmations for ourselves and others, self-soothing strategies such as breath work, gentle stretches, and each session finished with a guided relaxation.
